I liked that laagam had a few different payment options when I got to checkout. I just used my card and it went through in maybe 30 seconds, no weird errors or extra steps. made the whole order feel super easy. I’d definitely buy again.

I’ll admit, the clothes caught my eye right away. A lot of the items looked really cute, and my first gut feeling was that I’d probably find something I liked.
But actually using the site was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly for me, the filters kept resetting whenever I backed out of a product, and some of the photos took forever to appear unless I refreshed.
I did end up placing an order, but checkout felt more confusing than it needed to be, especially around the shipping details. Overall, my instinct is that the products are worth a look, but the website experience definitely needs some fixing.

I’ve ordered from laagam.com a few times now, i kind of regret not checking it out earlier. The pieces I want are usually in stock, and it’s really easy to see what sizes are available, so I’m not stuck refreshing the page like I do on other sites. It just makes shopping a lot less frustrating. I’ve had a really good experience so far.

The order showed up in a neat little box, and everything was actually folded nicely, which was a pleasant surprise. The packaging looked clean and didn’t have a ridiculous amount of plastic, so that was appreciated. The box did have a small dent, because apparently that’s just part of the delivery experience now, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine.

Honestly... the delivery was really fast. I was kind of surprised by how quickly it showed up

I ordered from Laagam because I really liked how they talk about making limited pieces and actually caring about how the clothes are produced. it made me feel like I was saving the planet one dress at a time, which is obviously dramatic, but still. The dress I got feels really nice quality and way better than the random fast fashion stuff I usually end up regretting.
I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping updates were a little slow and I was checking my email like my life depended on it. The fit was also slightly tighter than I expected, so there was a tiny moment of panic in front of the mirror. That said, I’d definitely buy again, especially if they keep being transparent about their ethical manufacturing

The clothes do look nice, and the quality seems okay overall. I guess I just assumed that at this price point, they’d feel a bit more premium or have a little extra something to justify the cost. They’re definitely not bad, and I’d still wear them, but I’m not totally convinced they’re the best value for the money.

The fabric feels really nice, and the stitching looks clean. I’ve worn it a few times already and it still looks great, so overall I’m happy with it. I just wish the instructions or care details were a little clearer, but aside from that, no real complaints.

The dress looks really nice and fits well, so no complaints there. But the care instructions are weirdly vague, which is annoying as hell because now I’m scared I’ll mess it up in the wash. For the price, they could’ve made that part clearer. Not a total regret, but it definitely left me a bit irritated.

I really liked the way these were cut, simple, clean, and chic without trying too hard. it’s the kind of style I can throw on and feel put together, which I appreciate because I’m usually rushing around looking for my keys or making coffee I forget to drink. Overall, really nice and easy to wear.

their posts are really cute and the whole instagram vibe is nice, but it took a while to get a reply, which was a bit frustrating.

I ordered from laagam and the color looked pretty much exactly like it did in the photos, which was a relief. No weird surprise when it showed up, so I’m happy with that part. I’m just hoping the compensation/credit they mentioned for sharing feedback comes through too.

I ordered a top from Laagam and while it’s definitely still wearable, it didn’t look exactly like the photos. The color was just a bit darker in person, not massively different, but enough that I noticed right away when I took it out of the package. The fabric also looked a little softer and less structured than it did online, especially around the seams and neckline. I was expecting it to hold its shape a bit more. Delivery was totally fine, no issues there. I just wish the pictures had shown the material and color a little more accurately

For what I’d be paying, I personally want a lot more transparency before I feel comfortable spending my money. Right now it feels a little vague to me, so I wouldn’t fully trust the brand yet.

I was able to return the item without any issues, which I appreciated. The process itself was straightforward, but in my experience the refund took longer than I expected to show up. Overall, the return worked out, but I wish the refund had been faster

I was pleasantly surprised by how many different styles they have on Laagam. There are simple basics, nicer pieces for going out, and everything feels different instead of looking like the same item in a bunch of versions. It made it easy to find things for different plans, and overall I’m really happy with the collection.
